I've recently been reading more about Monaco property and how different the market is compared with places such as Nice, Cannes or other parts of the French Riviera.
One company I came across during the research was a Monaco property specialist with a focus on the local market.
Because Monaco is geographically so small, I assume the reputation and local network of an agency become particularly important. For someone approaching the market for the first time, would you recommend speaking with several agencies or building a relationship with one local specialist?
